Prohibited activities include reverse engineering models, redistributing licensed assets, or creating content that violates intellectual property or applicable laws. Sharp Dune Atelier reserves the right to suspend accounts engaging in misuse.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
All course access is subscription-based. Payments are non-refundable except within the first 14 days of purchase if no lessons have been completed. We accept major credit cards and process renewals automatically. You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard.
3. Disclaimers
Our training materials and AI-generated outputs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Sharp Dune Atelier does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from using our platform. We disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.
5. Modifications and Termination
We may update these terms at any time. Continued access constitutes acceptance of revised terms. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations or extended inactivity. All updates will be posted on this page with an effective date.
